The greatest demand is for vacancies of drivers, mechanics or drone operators in military registration and enlistment offices, which opened throughout Ukraine this year.

“Today, more civilian jobs are in high demand as drivers, mechanics or drone operators.”

Umerov said that about 20 military registration and enlistment offices have already opened throughout Ukraine.

“Six months ago we looked at what vacancies we had to give people options. Now HR companies and human capital management companies are working side by side to control this process in the most professional manner,” Umerov said.
