Portuguese Prime Minister Luis Montenegro confirmed participation in the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced this after a telephone conversation with the head of the Portuguese government.

“I am grateful to Prime Minister Montenegro for confirming Portugal's participation and for assuring that his country will use its contacts to ensure maximum international support for the Peace Summit.
