On the evening of June 13, the entrances to the Pochtovaya Ploshchad, Kontraktovaya Ploshchad, Pochaynaya and Taras Shevchenko metro stations were closed.

In Kyiv, four stations of the blue metro line were closed to passengers. At the Kontraktovaya Ploshchad station, a passenger was hit by a train. This was reported by the Kiev City State Administration.

“Blue metro line: Poshtova Ploshchad, Kontraktova Ploshchad, Pochaynaya and Tarasa Shevchenko stations are closed to passengers. Train traffic on the line is organized from the Lybidskaya station to the Maidan Nezalezhnosti station and from the Obolon station to the Heroiv Dnepra station,” noted the Kyiv City State Administration.

Later, the Kyiv City State Administration reported that train service on the blue line had been resumed.
